VIG Metal is a pioneering industrial company established in 2006 in the Kütahya Organized Industrial Zone to produce sheets and coils from lightweight metals such as aluminum and magnesium, with a focus on a sustainable future. Since its inception, it has pursued a philosophy that aims not only to produce but also to create value.

In 2008, VIG Metal became the first in the world to start producing 1,500 mm wide magnesium sheets using the twin-roll casting method, demonstrating its engineering strength in the field of light metals at an early stage. In 2010, VIG Metal added sand casting technology to its magnesium processes and began manufacturing critical components for the defense industry, making a difference in the sector with high value-added products used in automotive, defense, and industrial applications.

VIG Metal, which began aluminum production activities in 2012, has steadily continued its investments with continuous casting and cold rolling processes. As of 2024, our facility, which has reached an annual production capacity of 44,000 tons with four continuous casting lines, operates 24/7, utilizing its capacity at full efficiency. Today, VIG Metal exports to 25 countries, primarily in Europe, and is among the reliable suppliers to the automotive, white goods, electrical-electronic, advertising, and transportation sectors.

At VIG Metal, requirements related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and energy management are addressed within a comprehensive system approach. Supported by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and IATF 16949 certifications, this structure forms the basis of sustainable, traceable, and continuously improved production processes. Customer satisfaction, employee safety, and the efficient use of natural resources are the focus of all operations.

Our sustainability approach is not limited to environmental goals. At VIG Metal, aluminium production is defined by the concept of “Value.” The proper use of resources, effective management of recycling processes, waste policies, and responsible production practices are part of a holistic system that adds value to the environment, society, and the future. This approach aims to create added value at every stage of production.

Solar energy investments implemented in 2025 generated 20 million kWh of electricity; carbon emissions were reduced by 10,000 tons, resulting in an environmental contribution equivalent to planting 38,000 trees. In the same year, 135% of the energy consumed was produced from our own resources with zero carbon emissions, thus crossing an important threshold in energy efficiency targets. As part of our sustainable growth approach and gender equality policy, the employment of female employees has also been increased by 40%.
